To apply to the several ITI courses that are held in the colleges in Delhi, the aspirants first have to appear for an entrance test. The first step of the application process for the entrance test includes downloading the application forms from the official website ‘https://www.itidelhiadmissions.nic.in’. Here, the browsers have to click on the tab “New Candidate Registration”, following which the system will direct them to a page where they have to enter few personal details, as part of the registration process. The application fee, also, has to be paid at the Government-run ITI colleges. Moreover, they have to carry the other required documents for the verification process during the visits.
After the given deadline for the application process, as per the schedule, the ITI authorities will upload the admit cards or hall tickets on the official website. The applicants have to download their respective admit cards and carry them to the exam hall. When requested by the authorities, the applicants must produce the admit cards.
Following the exam and on the stipulated dates, the exam results will be declared. Then, only those candidates who have passed the entrance exam will come in the merit list and be invited for the counseling sessions.
At the counseling sessions, the original documents of the applicants are verified by the committee members. Following the counseling rounds, the final merit list is drawn up.
