by A higher educational institution situated in Harakh in the Barabanki district of the Uttar Pradesh state of India, the Sant Kavi Baba Baijnath PG College (SKBBPGC) has been operating since the year 1994 onwards. A self-financed institute, the SKBBPGC adheres to the admissions as per the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University in Ayodhya; both institutions are affiliated.
At the SKBBPGC, aspiring candidates can apply for courses in two disciplines: Science and Commerce. The College conducts courses in both streams at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Courses
Among the UG courses, the College offers the Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) programs (in Maths and Biotechnology specializations).
Under PG courses, the College has provisions for the Master of Commerce (MCom) and Master of Science in Mathematics (MSc in Maths) programs.
Admission Process
Every year, the admission process at the SKBBPGC starts in June while the term begins during July.
The SKBBPGC conducts the candidate selection process via an entrance examination. Thereafter, the selected candidates have to attend the counseling and interview rounds. More so, the documents of the applicants are verified for offering admissions.
Owing to their overall performance, the SKBBPGC authorities grant admissions to the shortlisted candidates. Then, the candidates have to pay the course fees as part of the enrolment procedure.
Amenities
The SKBBPGC campus provides a range of facilities to enrich the learning experience for both the students and faculty members. Some amenities that are available on the College campus are computer hubs, science laboratories, and transportation services.
In addition, the College campus houses a library, stocked with many books and educational aids.
Additionally, the College focuses on the overall development of the pupils. Hence, the faculty members are trained to guide the pupils on balancing academics with extracurricular and co-curricular activities. The sports centers on the College campus give the students many opportunities to partake in activities, too. Apart from that, workshops and seminars are organized regularly.
