University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi

The University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) was founded during the year 1971. Through the Health Ministry of Delhi, the College started conducting classes in the Department of Chemistry at the North Campus of the University of Delhi (DU). The institute has clinical postings at Meerut Medical College, and later, shifted to Safdarjung Hospital, and finally, has affiliation with the Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital. The Hospital was set up in the year 1979, having over 1500 beds. The College and Hospital are situated at Dilshad Garden in Delhi. The official website of UCMS is https://ucms.ac.in/.

The College accepts applications for several medical and paramedical courses. The UCMS along with the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Maulana Azad Medical College constitute the triangle of Medical Institutes bearing affiliation with the DU.
