NCVT MIS ITI Result 2018 - 2nd Semester

Every year, the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) uploads the exam results of the NCVT MIS 2nd Semester on their official website, ncvtmis.gov.in. Also, you can visit the ITI official websites of the particular states to download your results. On the sites, go to the results page and enter your roll number and 2nd semester, after which you can access the results.

NCVT conducts the ITI exams for all the semesters and declares the results on their official website. Throughout India, there are 36 locations where the exams are held.

The ITI courses are conducted for both engineering and non-engineering trades. The aspirants have a variety of ITI programs to choose from. As per their choice, they can make their selection. However, they must read the eligibility norms carefully; the criteria vary for the different courses. Only if they are eligible, their application is considered; otherwise, cancelled.

The Industrial Training Centers or Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) impart vocational training to aspirants who are looking to gain technical expertise. During the year 1950, as per the Craftsmen Scheme, the Directorate General of Employment & Training (DGET), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, the Government of India, set up these training hubs.

There are more than 130 different ITI trade specializations, for which the training periods last from 6 months up to 2 years. Moreover, the candidates have to undergo 1-year Apprenticeship training. Then, they must appear for the All India Trade Test. After they clear the ITI exams successfully, they are given the National Trade Certificate (NTC). Then, they are considered eligible to get employment in the respective ITI fields.
