King George’s Medical University formerly known as Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University is located in Lucknow in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. This esteemed University was first established as King George’s Medical College in 1911, though the foundation stone was laid by Emperor- King George V, then Prince of Wales.
