Board of Secondary Examination, Andhra Pradesh is an independent department which is functioning under the Ministry of Education. The head office is located at Chapel Road, Nampally in the city of Hyderabad. The main aim of establishing Board of Secondary Education (BSEAP) is not just conducting the major exams but to regulate and develop the system of Secondary Education in the state as well. The department is responsible of conducting SSC/OSSC public examinations along with other minor examinations such as C.L.I Sc Examinations, National Means cum Merit Scholarship Examination, National Talent Search Examination etc.
