Dadra and Nagar Haveli Engineering all Semester Result

Dadra & Nagar Haveli is one of India’s Union Territories. This union territory is traced to the western region of the country and between the Indian states of Maharashtra and Gujarat. Also, the territory is divided into 2 regions (namely, Dadra and Nagar Haveli), having Silvassa as the capital city.

Previously, Dadra & Nagar Haveli was occupied by tribal groups. However, in recent times, there has been an influx of tourists, and coupled with government initiatives, the region has developed considerably. All the same, the Government has invested efforts to boost the territory’s education sector.

Presently, the UT boasts of schools, colleges, computer-training centers, polytechnic institutes, and other technical training centers. Indeed, the colleges in the UT offer courses in an array of disciplines such as Pharmacy, Arts, Commerce, Education, and Science.

Then, there is the territory’s Industrial Training Institute that has 4 wings. As such, the aspirants can receive technical training to become welder, fitter, wireman, and electrician by enrolling in the Institute’s respective courses.

With the growing popularity of the Internet, the territory has set up computer training centers too. Besides, there is the Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications for the candidates to apply to.

Engineering Education

During the year 1994, the Dadra & Nagar Haveli Administration sanctioned the setting up the Government Polytechnic Institute that is the Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar (Engineering College) at Karad. The Institute has affiliation with the Technical Education Board in Gandhinagar and the Gujarat Technological University in Ahmedabad.
