by NCVT MIS ITI Exam Time Table (Schedule): Students enrolled in the 1st and 2nd years of the vocational training courses conducted by Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) must appear for both practical exams and Computer-Based Tests (CBT) scheduled for July-August 2025.
The National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), which operates under the guidelines of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, will issue admit cards to ITI students. They must carry their respective admit cards to the exam hall to show to the exam authorities to verify their identity. It is important to note that students who do not bring their admit cards to the exam centre will not be allowed to attempt the exams.
The schedule for the practical exams and CBTs for the 2025 annual session is as follows:
- Practical Exams: 15th to 22th July 2025
- CBTs (Theoretical): 28th July to 20th August 2025

Why is the NCVT MIS ITI Exam Time Table Important?
Among the numerous uses of the NCVT MIS Admit Card are:

Important Milestones & Notifications
The NCVT will make available the students’ admit cards a few days before the exam date. Students are advised to visit the NCVT MIS portal (ncvtmis.gov.in), or state-based ITI websites regularly to check the dates on which the admit cards will be released.

Besides the national-level schedule, the State Councils of Vocational Training (SCVTs) will also make available the localized exam schedules on their portals. Students can even check the respective state’s official ITI pages for the exam dates.
Step-by-Step Guide to Download ITI Exam Schedule & Admit Card
- In the first step, you must visit the official web portal of the NCVT, https://ncvtmis.gov.in.
- Browse the home page and search for the “Examination Calendar” or “Exam Schedule/Time Table” tabs and click on them.
- Go on to select the 2025 session and relevant program/semester for the system to exhibit the relevant exam schedule on the screen.
- Download the timetable of the ITI exams in PDF format.
- Additionally, you can check the State ITI web portal of the respective state to view the region-specific schedules.
Step-by-Step Guide to Download Admit Card
- First, you have to go to the official website of the NCVT, https://ncvtmis.gov.in
- Search the home page for the “Trainee Login” tab and click on it.
- The system will display the login page, at which point you have to enter details such as ‘Registration Number” and “Password” in the given fields.
- Subsequently, you must click on the “Submit” tab, after which you can view your admit card on the screen.
- Remember to take a print copy of your respective Admit Card to carry to the exam hall to show to the examiners.
- The admit cards for the practical exams and CBTs are slated to be released by July 10 and July 20, 2025, respectively.
