The AP EAPCET 2026 Seat Allotment Result has been officially released on eapcet-sche.aptonline.in. Students can log in using their hall ticket number and date of birth to download and print the allotment letter. The seat allotment reporting period is from July 22 to 25, 2026.
The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada, conducts the state-level Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET). This exam is held for admitting pupils into the various Engineering, Medical, and Agriculture courses that the 425 private institutes in the state of Andhra Pradesh offer. On behalf of the AP State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), the JNTU Kakinada convenes the AP EAPCET.

AP EAPCET: Eligibility Criteria
General Eligibility
He/she has to be an Indian citizen, an Overseas Citizen of India, or a Person of Indian origin.
He/she has to be a resident of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana state.
For Bio-Tech (BTech) Engineering Courses
He/she has to clear the qualifying exam which is the Intermediate or Class XII level one, or any equivalent examination that the Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana recognizes. Also, in the qualifying exam, they must have Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics as optional subjects.
AP EAPCET: How to Apply?
The AP EAPCET authorities accept applications in online mode via the official website, sche.ap.gov.in.
The candidates have to follow four steps to apply to the AP EAPCET.
#Step 1: Pay Application Fee
The applicant has to first pay the application fee via debit card/credit card / online banking.
#Step 2: Check your payment status
After paying the application fee, the candidates can access the online form.
They have to enter their mobile number, qualifying examination hall ticket number, and date of birth, and select the stream.
Then, they must select ‘Check Payment Status’ to confirm whether the payment is successful or not.
# Step 3: Fill AP EAPCET Application Form
Upon successfully remitting the application fee, they have to continue by downloading the online form. Here, they have to provide various personal details and educational background information. Moreover, they are required to upload scanned copies of the specimen signature and the latest passport-sized photograph.
#Step 4: Maintain a print copy of the application form
The candidate must check if all details are correct and continue by submitting the filled application form. Also, they have to take a print copy of the Confirmation Page for record purposes.
AP EAPCET: Exam Pattern
A computer-based test, the AP EAPCET is conducted over 3 hours. The question paper contains a total of 160 questions. For each correct answer, the candidate scores 1 mark.
Candidates who are applying to the BTech courses have to answer 3 sections, as seen below.
Mathematics: (80 questions)
Physics: (40 questions)
Chemistry: (40 questions)
AP EAPCET: Counseling
After the results are declared, the examiners release the Merit List, which is drawn based on the marks the candidate secures.
The applicants can access the Merit List from the official portal. The selected candidates have to, then, attend the counselling rounds. Here, the exam authorities will verify their educational and other mandatory documents.
Subsequently, the AP EAPCET allotment letter is released via the official website. The authorities take into account the candidate’s performance and preferences, and availability of seats, during the seat-allotment process.
Finally, the candidates who secure a seat have to go to the allotted college to complete the remaining part of the admission procedure.
