Online Registrations for MAT February 2020 are now open

Management aspirants who are seeking admissions in Management of Business Administration (MBA) programs, and other allied ones, in B-Schools of India, can apply for Management Aptitude Test (MAT). MAT is scheduled for February 2020. The candidates can apply for online/offline MAT or even both.

During the year 2003, the Government of India paved the way for MAT to become a national level exam. In a year, MAT is held four times. Online registrations for online MAT are open until January 26th and the exam will be held on February 2nd. To apply for offline MAT, the applicants must submit their online applications before February 9th and February 16th is the exam date.

As part of the MAT online application process, the candidates have to fill in the varied fields in the Online Application Form. They should furnish basic details such as Name, Address, email address, contact numbers, among others.

Besides, they have to upload scanned copies of the compulsory documents. These include latest passport-sized photograph and signature specimen. Also, to apply for MAT, the aspirants have to pay an application fee of RS 1550 whether applying via online or offline mode. If applying for both online and offline MAT, then they have to pay Rs 2650. The different payment modes include internet banking and card payments (debit card/credit card).

More information on MAT is available on the All India Management Association (AIMA) website. Note that several other institutes (in addition to the above-mentioned ones) consider candidates’ MAT scores to grant admissions for various Diploma / Postgraduate courses. However, admissions are subject to the institute’s cut-off marks and other admission criteria.
