The Quantum University (QU) is based in the Indian state of Uttarakhand and commenced operations in the year 2008 after receiving approval from the Government of Uttarakhand. Previously, QU was known as Quantum Global Campus; the center was founded by renowned industrialist, Shri Shyam Sunder Goyal. QU’s campus is located at Roorkee; and corporate office, at Dehradun. Primarily, QU offered core programs in the disciplines of Management and Engineering. Later, in the year 2014, the center started conducting programs in Graduate Studies. Presently, through the University’s various departments, a range of diploma, integrated, postgraduate, and undergraduate courses are conducted in the several disciplines of Commerce & Finance, Law, Health Sciences, Humanities & Social Sciences, Management, Computer Applications, Engineering, Health Sciences, Agriculture Studies, Media Studies & Design, Basic Sciences, and Hospitality & Tourism.

At QU, the campus extends to over 30 acres of land and has been developed with world-class infrastructure that helps to build the overall personality of the students so they become responsible citizens of the country while partaking in the country’s development process. The various facilities that QU offers the students include auditoriums, seminar halls, hostels, library, shuttle service, cafeteria, fitness centers, and sports grounds.
