During the year 2012, the RKDF University, a private one, was constituted at Bhopal in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh by the Ram Krishna Dharmarth Foundation (RKDF). The University’s sponsoring body is the Ayushmati Education and Social Society. Both the societies have been involved in the education field since the 1990s. Due to the lack of educational facilities in Madhya Pradesh during those times, the RKDF started to establish educational institutions across the state.
