The Government of Rajasthan incorporated the Suresh Gyan Vihar University (SGVU) in the year 2008; the University is traced to the Indian state of Rajasthan’s Jaipur city. SGVU is a UGC-accredited, private, not-for-profit, self-financing educational institution. The University’s predecessor institution was Gyan Vihar College that was established during the year 1999. The University was the vision of the well-known academician, Shri Acharya Purushottam Uttam; he was inspired by Mahatma Gandhi who worked towards providing education to all sections of society. Thus, Acharya started the ‘Sahitya Sadarwart Samiti’ in the year 1938; over the years, the Society has sponsored several educational institutions. Also, the Society is the parent institution of SGVU. However, the founder of SVGU is Acharya’s son, Shri Suresh Sharma.

SGVU houses several departments that hold an array of courses at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. The aspiring candidates can apply for academic programs in the varied fields of Medicine, Arts, Engineering, Management, Science, Information Technology, Agriculture Science, and Vocational Studies.

Developed on over 30 acres of land at Jaipur city, the University campus boasts of a variety of facilities for the pupils; there are hostels, a well-equipped library, healthcare centers, laboratories, seminar halls, transportation services, cafeteria, and gymnasiums – to name a few. Moreover, a range of extracurricular activities are organized regularly, such as quiz competitions, debates, sports events, and student clubs.

The University promotes innovative research projects as well; and as part of this initiative, has set up several research centers to conduct research & development in several fields.

The Suresh Gyan Vihar University (SGVU) uploads the provisional exam results of its affiliated programs on its official web portal, https://www.gyanvihar.org/. Students that appear for the SGVU exams can access their respective exam results via the official website after the results are declared.

Once the SGVU examiners declare the exam results, visit the home page of the official portal. Now, search for the “Results” tab and tap on the same. When done, the system will display the “Result Portal” page and you have to click on the “Results” tab for the list of SGVU exam results to appear on the screen. Subsequently, you have to click the relevant SGVU exam result for the login page to come up on the screen. Go ahead and enter the requisite details, such as “Program”, “Semester”, and “SID” in the given fields. Thereafter, you are required to tap the “GO” tab for the corresponding SGVU exam result to be displayed on the screen. Always keep a print copy of the SGVU exam result for record purposes.
