The Jeevandeep Mahavidyalaya (JDMV) which is based in Varanasi city in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh was set up in the year 2012 by Dr Ashok Kumar Singh. Also, the JDMV is a premier, co-educational institution that has affiliation to the Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
The JDMV embarked upon its academic journey by conducting courses in the field of Arts. However, through the years, the college started hosting Masters and Degree courses along with certificate and vocational training programs.
At the JDMV, students can specialize in different streams including Science, Commerce, Fine Arts, Education, Computer Applications, and Journalism & Mass Communication.
Courses
Among undergraduate-level courses that the JDMV has provisions for include Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Education (BEd), Bachelor of Science (BA), Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). The college offers specializations in Biology and Mathematics under the BA course.
In addition, the college conducts postgraduate-level programs such as Master of Fine Arts (MFA) and Master of Commerce (MCom).

The campus size of the JDMV is more than 2 acres of land. More so, the college campus is equipped with various infrastructural resources to propel the social, physical, and mental development of the students. The college provides computing and hostel facilities, too. Other than that, the college has the Chandra Shekhar library which is packed with books and journals for reference purposes. Furthermore, the college has an efficient transport network, Wi-Fi connectivity, and an open auditorium. Even the college has medical care facilities, a cafeteria, and sports grounds.
