by Set up in the year 1960, the Kisan Post Graduate College (KPGC) is traced to Bahraich that falls in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Having an affiliation with the RamManoharLohiaAvadh University in Ayodhya, the KPGC offers quality education by developing conscientious citizens for the overall progress of the nation. The KPGC holds a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various fields. These include Education, Commerce, Arts, and Science. In addition to UG and PG programs, this premier higher educational institution also offers a range of distance-learning, professional, and doctoral courses.
Courses
At the KPGC, aspiring candidates can apply for UG programs in the disciplines of Arts, Science, and Commerce. Some of the UG courses that the KPGC conducts include Bachelor in Arts (BA), Bachelor in Commerce (BCom), and Bachelor in Science (BSc)
Among PG courses, the KPGC has the Master in Science (MSc), Master in Arts (MA), and Master in Commerce (MCom) ones.
In the list of Teacher Education Courses, the KPGC accepts applications for the Bachelor in Education (BEd) course.
Campus
The KPGC campus has been developed with all the requisite infrastructural facilities for fueling the students’ holistic development.
Among the basic educational facilities that are available to the pupils on campus are well-equipped laboratories, smart classrooms, and seminar rooms.
Other than that, the College campus houses the BabuSundar Singh Central Library. Well-furnished and fully equipped, the KPGC library is a storehouse of books and journals for pupils’ reference.
More so, the KPGC campus has separate hostels for boys and girls. These include the Vivekananda’s Boys hostel and the AhilyaBaiHolkar Girl’s hostel.
Because both indulging in academics and activities are important in a student’s life, the College campus contains NCC and NSS units for organizing a variety of extra-curricular programs and seeks the students’ active participation, too.
