There are several courses for the varied trades that are held by the AP ITIs such as Mechanic Fridge / Air Conditioner, Machinist Grinder, Electroplater, Surveyor, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Computer Hardware, Draftsman Civil – to list a few.
The varied courses have different eligibility criteria. As per the eligibility norms, the candidates are recommended to apply for the specific ITI programs.
On the ITI official website, which is iti.nic.in, the application forms for the entrance examinations can be downloaded. After downloading the application forms, the aspirants have to fill in the required details. Also, they have to submit the required documents along with the filled application form. Moreover, they must complete the application process before the given deadline.
The ITI courses require the applicants to complete their 10th or 12th standard for applying. Moreover, the aspirants must be within the age group of 14-25 years before a given date to be considered eligible.
The applicants have to produce their respective admit cards or hall tickets during the exam. The admit cards are downloadable from the website. The applicants have to enter details such as date of birth and registration number to access the hall tickets from the site.
The admit cards contain details such as the candidate’s name and roll number; also, information such as the date and venue of the exams is mentioned. The aspirants must check whether the information on the hall tickets is correct.
The applicants are required to take printouts of the admit cards and carry the copies when going for the exam. In the exam hall, the authorities will verify the hall tickets.
Based on the scores of their written test, the applicants are admitted into the allotted colleges. However, as part of the admission process in the AP ITI centres, the aspirants also have to, attend counselling sessions. The schedule will be displayed on the site, about the date and time of the counselling sessions.
