During the year 2015, in India’s Punjab State, at Talwandi Sabo in Bathinda, the Akal University (AU) was constituted. The University’s sponsor is the Kalgidhar Trust that is situated at Baru Sahib in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The society is a charitable, not-for-profit organization that is committed to the upliftment of the community members. Moreover, the University is dedicated to spreading the message of the renowned Sikh leader, Sri Guru Granth Sahib, of Universal Brotherhood. The 3 basic principles that AU abides by are Learning, Teaching, and Research. To achieve the objective of providing quality education, the University conducts a variety of doctoral, postgraduate, and undergraduate courses in the fields of English, Commerce, Economics, Science, Psychology, Mathematics, among others.

Also, the university has been developed with state-of-the-art infrastructure with a wide range of educational facilities for the students: these include internet connectivity, healthcare, shuttle service, well-stocked libraries, separate hostels for boys & girls, Smart Classrooms, sports grounds, and well-maintained auditoriums. Besides, the University’s faculty members are competent, qualified and individually appointed to mentor the students on academic issues.

As part of the pupils’ holistic development, they are encouraged to partake in various clubs and societies at the University as well. Further, they can join the University’s National Service Scheme for engaging in social work.

Additionally, the students are given placements through the University’s Placement Cell. Keeping in mind their career aspirations, they are offered counseling sessions to choose suitable career paths.

Akal University (AU) makes available the provisional exam results of its academic programs on its official web portal, https://auts.ac.in/. Students awaiting their AU exam results are required to access the same from the official website.

When the AU examiners declare the exam result, you first have to go to the home page of the official portal. Next, locate the “Campus Life” tab and select the “Student’s Corner” link from the drop-down menu. On the following page, you have to tap the “Results” tab for the “Results” page to appear on the screen. Go on to select the relevant AU exam result link and then the “Student Login” page comes up on the screen. Subsequently, input your login details and tap on the “Submit” tab. After that, you can view your AU examination results on the screen. As your final step, take a print copy of the AU examination result for later reference.
