शिक्षा का अधिकार (RTE) अधिनियम 2009 के तहत हरियाणा के निजी गैर-सहायता प्राप्त (Private Unaided) स्कूलों में आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (EWS) और वंचित समूह के बच्चों के लिए 25% सीटें आरक्षित की जाती हैं। इन सीटों पर बच्चों की शिक्षा का पूरा खर्च सरकार द्वारा वहन किया जाता है, जिससे ऐसे परिवारों के बच्चों को भी गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्राप्त करने का अवसर मिल सके।

आरटीई हरियाणा प्रवेश 2026-27 के लिए आवेदन प्रक्रिया 31 मार्च 2026 से शुरू होगी और 7 अप्रैल 2026 तक चलेगी। इसके बाद 9 अप्रैल 2026 को लॉटरी ड्रा के माध्यम से स्कूलों का आवंटन किया जाएगा। चयनित छात्रों को 10 अप्रैल से 23 अप्रैल 2026 के बीच संबंधित स्कूल में रिपोर्ट करके अंतिम प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी होगी।
