The RTE Haryana Admission 2026 ensues as per the guidelines mentioned in the Right To Education (RTE) Act, which grants children access to free education. The Parliament of India passed the RTE Act in the year 2009, providing compulsory education to eligible applicants.
Conformably to the RTE Act 2009, all private schools have to reserve 25% of seats for students belonging to the weaker sections of society. The RTE Act provides admission to students hailing from poor families in schools while the government bears their education fees.
As per the Haryana School Education Rules, students from families coming under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories can get admission in private schools from Class 9 to Class 12 (except Class 11).
